These terms govern your use of this website and the services Veltrix Automotive, Inc. makes available through it. By using the site you accept them.
Use of this website
You may use this site to research vehicles, estimate payments, book a test drive and contact us. You may not use it to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape content at a scale that degrades service for others, or to misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
All content on this site, including text, images, specifications and the Veltrix name and marks, belongs to Veltrix. You may quote and link to it; you may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
Pricing and specifications
Prices shown include the vehicle and any options selected. They exclude taxes, registration, and destination charges, which are itemized separately at order.
Specifications, published range figures and charging times are those of the current model year, measured under the conditions stated alongside each figure. Real-world results vary with temperature, speed, load, terrain and driving style. We reserve the right to change specifications, and we will tell you in writing before an order is fulfilled if a change affects a vehicle you have ordered.
Orders
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and take your deposit. Deposits are fully refundable until the vehicle enters production, at which point they are refundable less any cost of non-standard specification already incurred.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Where a confirmed build date moves by more than 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Payment estimates
The payment estimator on this site is an illustration. It applies our published rate to the figures you enter and excludes taxes, registration and any incentive you may qualify for. It is not a quotation, a credit decision, or an offer of finance. Finance is provided subject to status and approval.
Veltrix Current
Use of the Veltrix Current network is charged at the published per-kWh rate at the time of the session. Idle fees apply only once a site reaches 75 percent occupancy and stop when you unplug.
We aim to keep every stall available but do not guarantee availability at any specific site or time. Where a session fails through a fault on our equipment, it is not charged.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Material changes affecting an order you have already placed do not apply retroactively to that order.
About this document
Veltrix Automotive is a fictional company created for a HubZero Blueprint demonstration. These terms are illustrative sample content. No vehicle can be ordered, no charging network exists, and nothing here creates a real contract.
